  6. The legal owner of the machine’s contact details have been given, not that of a third party.
  7. If agreed in writing that additional work needs to commence, and no payment has been received after 3 months, your machine will be sold to defray the cost of work done and parts installed.
  8. The customer needs to notify Kanon Ball Machines within 24 hours after receiving the consignment, if the is any damage of the goods delivered.
  9. Any additional fees for shipping due to incorrect packaging will be deducted from the selling price.
  10. Additional charges may apply for delivery if there is excessive use of packaging materials.
